Options
This table displays the pending issues transfer options:
Branch/Department or Pending Issues
Selects by:
• | Branch/Department |
Transfers the selected pending issues to a specific Branch/Department
When selecting this option, the Departments window will be displayed for the target user/department/branch selection.
• | Pending Issues |
Transfers pending issues to a specific Branch/User/Department.
All Pending Issues or Select
Selects all pending issues at once or sorts them out according to type or target user/department.
Pending Issues
Defines which pending issues can be transferred:
• | Written off - already viewed by the user. |
• | Pending - not viewed yet. |
• | Both. |
Transfer
When transferring pending issues/documents you can select:
• | Transfer and Activate |
Transfers the selected pending issues, activating them as Read Only. In this manner, the target user can read the received documents.
• | Transfer without Write-off |
Transfers the selected pending issues, without any changes. If the document is pending, it will remain so for the original user and will be transferred as pending to the target user.
• | Transfer and Write-off |
Transfers the selected pending issues, writing off the all types of pending entries.
• | Write-off |
Writes off all types of pending issues, without transferring them. Used when the employee is dismissed.
This option must be updated according to the pending issues and/or document types, so that the documents are transferred/written off with the same administrative hierarchy level. |
By Document
Selects the target user by document.
If By Document is selected, you can transfer a document by selecting it. If there is no user selected, the Target User indicated at the Pending Issue Types be selected. |
