Users

This routine lists all users and people in charge for the documents, analysis, or follow-up team members.

The users to be registered must be the main people in charge for Quality Protheus:

• Testers - Inflow inspection and Process Inspection.
• Addressees and People in Charge for documents - Document Control.
• People in charge for the instruments - Metrology.
• People in charge for the occurrence/non-compliance sheets and the action plan - Non-Compliance Control.
• People in charge for audits - Audit Control.
• People in charge for the schedule and approval sheets - Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

In this routine, the QAA - User Registration table is used separately from the SRA - Employee Registration, from Personnel Management.

 

Important:

The System can integrate the User Registration via Document Control, with Employee Registration, via Personnel Management.

Activate the MV_QPLDNIV parameter to enable that the User/Employee maintenance is performed by Personnel Management, which also automatically updates the User Registration at Document Control.

The code saving during this integration will be carried out like this:

CC CC CCCCCC

Where:

CC - Company

CC - Branch

CCCCCC - Code (registration, department, or function)

In this case, the data influx is always performed by Personnel Management. It is not possible to do so via the Document Control.

Procedures

To add users:

1. In the User Maintenance window, select Add.
2. Fill in the data according to the orientation of the Help file.

Note the filling of field Usr. Level (QAA_NIVEL), which defines the level the user must have to issue lab, operation and product reports.

To use this feature you must configure parameter MV_QPLDNIV.

3. Check the information and confirm it.

 

Important:

All users taking part in document drafting or those who receive the documents electronically (addressees) must be registered in the Configurator.
