Audit

This routine holds information required to audits, such as:

Registration Data
Audit Description
Audited Departments
Support Team
Checklist
Involved E-mails

 

Some configurations are required to send audit e-mails. Refer to topic E-mail.

Data of audit schedules is transferred to this routine as soon as the schedule is confirmed. Data is informed in folders Audited Departments and Auditors.

Important:

Parameter MV_AUDSLID must be configured so audit data is accessed by the senior auditor, other auditors and users involved.
The field Confidential? restricts access to audit data. If a confidential audit is accessed by a user that is not responsible for it or one of its phases, the system blocks data view and informs users that can actually view it.

 

Procedures

To add audits:

1. In Audit maintenance window, select Add.

The Add screen is displayed. It is divided into areas:

Header

This area displays audit registration data: Reason, Type, Start Date, End Date, Senior Auditor, etc.

Items

This area is sub-divided into the following folders:

Description Folder
Audited Departments Folder
Support Team Folder
E-mail Folder
2. Fill out fields according to help instructions.
3. Check and confirm data.

Important:

Only confirmed checklists can be related to an audit.

When the audit is added, you cannot change checklist data, audited departments and involved auditors. However, you can add new items to the audit. If you make any changes, you can send an e-mail about it.

To check status of registered audits, refer to Caption option.

Configure parameter MV_QEXIAUD so you can delete audit items that do not have results indicated.
