Auditing
The Quality System Audit approaches procedures that comply with processes or not. For evaluation purposes, simple questionnaires are developed to sectors and/or departments and/or personnel involved.
Once these questionnaires are analyzed, you may get to know the score achieved, departments audited, auditors, checklist, etc. You can also send e-mails to parties concerned, and create additional questions to the questionnaire.
