People in Charge

This option allows you to define people in charge of all document preparation stages. You must fill it out according to information on responsibility levels in Documents Types Register.

Procedures

To register people in charge of document:

1. In Options, click People in Charge .

System displays new screen to inform people in charge of document in four responsibility levels.

2. Fill out fields according to field help.
3. After filling out them, check and confirm them.

System returns to Options.

At this time, document must be prepared, reviewed, accepted and ratified. This must happen exactly in this order.
