Activate by Addressees

It enables addressees to documents so they receive reading pendings in next review, configure users or folders and distribution and receipt form.

Procedures

To enable documents by addressees:

1. Access this option and System displays window to define addressee:
Users
Folders
2. Select addressee and confirm it.

System displays window to Select User or to Select Folder.

3. If you choose User, place cursor on user and confirm it.

You can use To Edit User to check its details.

4. If you choose Folder, click folder and select departments involved and confirm it.

You can use Select/Clear All to select all departments.

5. System displays new window to Select Documents.

Double-click register and select all documents to be enabled.

6. Confirm operation.
