To identify the staff working in the varied productive processes of the company and those in charge for the follow-up and environmental management control, it is important to register them as users.

Via user registration configuration, the system manages the delivery of e-mails to inform them about action plans or evaluations about their responsibilities (E-mail Add. field).

If Personnel Management and Quality are integrated according to the MV_QGINT parameter configuration, this registration is already functional Note that, in this case, the users/people in charge must be registered through Personnel Management, because their registers will only be considered by SIGAGPE.

It is important that people in charge are linked to the system users (User Login field) - registered by the Administrator, at the Configurator - to communicate events by e-mail.
