Sharing Rules
Correct configuration for implementation/maintenance of Documents Control environment must follow some sharing rules so it will not jeopardize System.
If you do not meet these rules, functioning problems may appear and data will be displayed in all environment. |
Sharing Rules
• | QDH Table: |
• | Tables bellow must follow QDH table situation. Therefore, when the table QDH is SHARED, these tables must also be in status SHARED. |
• | Whenever the table QDH (Documents) is set as exclusive, the parameter MV_QPATHW must be set per branch, pointing to different folders. If it directs to equal folders, document can be substituted by a document of other branch. For example: |

• | QAA and QAB tables: |
The tables QAA and QAB must always be in exclusive mode, irrespective of any other tables status.
• | QAD and QDC tables: |
When table QAD status (Departments/Sector) is Shared the table QDC (Folder Registers) cannot be in exclusive mode.
