Pending Items
This routine allows pending items to be downloaded at any time.
According to configuration of parameter MV_QDBXARF, you can download pending items without generating review.
According to parameter configuration, system may display, when downloading warning, confirmation (yes/no) about generating review of referenced document so you can select option.
Procedures
To perform pending item maintenance:
| 1. | By accessing Pending Items maintenance, system displays screen subdivided into folders to download pending item; it benefits information management. |
| 2. | Select one folder and fill out fields according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | After filling out them, check and confirm them. |
