Train Again
You can select training and click Train Again. System will automatically generate new training with users previously selected but did not performed it. New users are selected, even those who had previously been trained.
If you have to perform new training to document that had been in training already, system allows it to be accomplished in practical way and data do not need to be typed again.
Procedures
To perform re-trainings:
1. | On maintenance window Training, place cursor on training to be used as basis for new training, click Train Again. |
System displays new screen similar to add screen, but some data were already filled.
2. | Check and confirm data according to field help instruction. |
3. | Select Users/Positions/Departments that will take part in training on folder Trainees. |
4. | Confirm it. |
Finishing that, system sends e-mail to users informing there is training scheduled.
Some fields already filled out can not be changed because it would alter base training features. |
Example:
Document Code, Review etc.
5. | After confirming training data, you can generate Call for Training and Training Register reports in Print. |
