Localization Tools
Option to associate Localization Tools (key-words) to document.
Localization Tools enable you to easily locate document. You can register more than one Localization Tool per document and words must be related to document subject.
Procedures
To register document localization tools::
| 1. | On folder Options, click Localization Tools  . |
System displays new window to define key-words.
| 2. | Fill out fields according to help instruction. |
When indicating key-words related to document, they must be already registered.
| 3. | Confirm it. |
| 4. | System returns to folder Options. |
