Scheduling Vehicles

Allow operational scheduling for customs area.

A capacity driver is connected to field operation and sub-operation. When you fill out those two fields, the system queries whether the schedule created has driver control. The driver register for the operation and sub-operation is parameterized in: Entrance / WEB Portal / Scheduling Windows.

If the schedule registered with the operation and sub-operation has a capacity driver, the system validates according to the quantity entered in field \"QTD_OPERACAO\":

If the quantity entered is smaller or equal to the maximum allowed by a capacity driver.
If the capacity driver controls containers, the system checks whether the quantity of containers entered corresponds to the same number described on the scheduling header.
If the capacity driver controls documents, the system checks whether the quantity of documents entered corresponds to the same number described on the scheduling header.
At the end of these validations, the system executes the driver operand, which returns the quantity already used. If the subtraction of this quantity from the quantity entered on the schedule header is below or equal to zero, the system displays a message notifying that the quantity entered is not allowed.

When you search an operational window, the system displays only the windows available for the period entered. You must configure operational windows in: Entrance / WEB Portal / Scheduling Windows.
