Use this folder to view the document items.

Main Fields/Controls

• Booking

Number of booking.

• Document

Number of document to which the item is associated.

• Lot

Number of lot.

Note:

• When the document is outbound, this field is required.
• The system controls the balance of lots/items and containers in which loads are already scheduled.  
For example: if the stock is 10 boxes and 3 boxes are already scheduled, you can only schedule 7 boxes in another vehicle.
• The lots and containers can be scheduled for independent shipping if the outbound document register exists.
• Lot Item

Number of item in the lot.

Note:

When the document is outbound, this field is required.
• Package

Code of package in which the item is stored.

• Quantity

Volumes Quantity.

• Cubic Feet

Cubic footage of package.
