Topics

Topics are directly related to the checklist, since they list rules and procedures to be followed during the audit.

Procedures

To register topics:

1. In Topics maintenance window, select Add.

The Add screen is displayed. It is divided into areas:

Header - select the checklist.
Items - inform topics related to the checklist.
2. Fill out fields according to help instructions.

To register other topics, in Items area, press Down Arrow and a new line is displayed to type the new topic.

3. Confirm it.

Important:

The checklist must be registered so you can associate topics with it.
The topic cannot be deleted if it is related to movements.
