Meeting Registration
This option adds an audit meeting and relates Minutes document to it.
Procedures
To add meetings:
1. | In the Audit register window, click Meeting. |
A new window is displayed. Insert meeting data.
2. | Fill out fields according to field help instructions. |
3. | To attach minutes to the meeting, click Meeting Minutes. |
A new window is shown. Select the file of meeting minutes.
4. | Once you are finished, confirm it. |
The audit registration window is displayed.
To attach a document, you must enter the file path in parameter MV_QADPDOC. |
