Meeting Registration

This option adds an audit meeting and relates Minutes document to it.

Procedures

To add meetings:

1. In the Audit register window, click Meeting.

A new window is displayed. Insert meeting data.

2. Fill out fields according to field help instructions.
3. To attach minutes to the meeting, click Meeting Minutes.

A new window is shown. Select the file of meeting minutes.

4. Once you are finished, confirm it.

The audit registration window is displayed.

Important:

To attach a document, you must enter the file path in parameter MV_QADPDOC.
