Non-conformances

If the measurement result was different from Approved, non-conformance (s) found must be added.

For each measurement entered, you can enter a non-conformance. In each Production Order, several measurements for several laboratories and operations are entered.

Non-conformances entered follow the classification according to the admin-IN-34177a1b-7a8f-487b-ba4f-48668ea8aafb-1509025661301-6085976b-a6c4-4d91-aebd-18271109b6ef.

Procedure

Entering non-conformances:

1.	Select Non-conformances folder and fill out fields according to field help instructions.

•	Non-conformance

In this field, you must enter non-conformances found in measurements.

Note that there is a statement of inclusion sequence of measurements on the lower right corner of the screen. The measurement that is entered is displayed from a total of measurements.

Example:

Seq. 01/08

Where:

01 - first measurement

08 - total of measurements entered

Therefore:

01/08 = first measurement of the eight measurements already entered

•	IQI Demerit

In Non-conformance area, select the option Yes when the non-conformance entered classifies the product demerit, that is, remove points of this product when Quality Indexes are generated. Otherwise, select No.

2.	After filling out data of the non-conformance found in measurement, you can type a chronicle concerning this NC, providing below a table for typing.
