Process Inspection

The module Inspection Process from Quality Protheus, as defined by its name, makes the inspection of each step that comprises the production procedures of any routine that requires certification.

The basic structure of this module consists of the following items:

•	Register sample plans to be used on lot evaluations;

•	Registration of product lead-time, establishing time in each process and/or equipment;

•	Registration of skip-lot and skip-test to define the inspection regime, which could be individual or in group;

•	Registration of responsible employees and its respective functions and cost centers;

•	Definition of products such as registration, specifications, group and informative products;

•	Non-conformity relation and its respective classes;

•	Registration of tests and procedures;

•	Control of movements of products and materials, through:

•	schedule preparation;

•	inclusion, check and change of Production Orders;

•	Production Control, through:

Results;

•	Management of quality indexes, from the inspection of processes, where we have:

•	registration of Quality Indexes;

•	registration of Product Classes and Non-Conformity;

•	registration of Factors, by (inspection) report and by PQI (Product Quality Index).

•	Allow to check all registers the module uses;

•	Preparation of the Inspection Plan;

•	Printed inquiries and reports, from which we stress:

•	Control Plan (inspection);

•	Complete and individual results;

•	Non-conformity, Products and Tests;

•	Products and Flowcharts;

•	Duplication Routine of Product Specifications;

•	Conversion Routine of GQPRO (Celerina - DOS);

•	Conversion Routine of GQFIN (End inspection - Celerina - DOS);

•	Cleaning Movement Files;
