Results
This routine aims at registering measurements for analysis and further report. Reports are entered through tests done in laboratories. At the end of all measurements, General Report is entered for Production Order.
The entry of results to generate approval and rejection, conventional approval, or any other report registered is made through Quality Control Laboratories.
For each operation registered, there is a test that registers values obtained during measurements made in laboratories.
Results displayed in the browser window of the routine follow the classification according to the admin-IN-34177a1b-7a8f-487b-ba4f-48668ea8aafb-1509025661301-4ed1c5dd-233a-4250-8446-9781abaf392b.
Script for Data Collection
1efd8923-cb94-47cd-9fde-92b21e4bee32Important: To have the Result completed when it is created, the following items must be observed:

Check if data collection of Results is made for a specific Customer, previously registered in Product x Customer Binding, in the opening window Result; |
| • |
After entering measurement, when necessary, you can enter the instrument used and associate non-conformance and later the chronicle of this measurement; |
| • |
Instrument must be entered if the instrument family is filled out in the specification; |
| • |
You must note the status of tests entered in specification register, in which the following items are compulsory: Operations, Sequences, Reports, and Tests; |
| • |
When Laboratory Report is entered, several validations required for report conclusion are made by the system, where: |
- It checks the existence of a compulsory report that does not have measurements entered. - By entering Laboratory Report, Operation Report can be entered and consequently Production Report. - It checks if all laboratories have reports in Operation Report, and it checks the Production Order Report in General Report. |
Procedures
Adding Results:

In the Add window of Results, select a Production Order and the option Results. |
When the product to be inspected is bound with one or more customers, a screen is displayed to locate the customer per Code + Branch or Abbreviated Name.
By clicking Search, the window Parameters is displayed to enter the code of customer to be located.
After confirmation, the system places the cursor on the record of customer indicated, if there is any.
The result screen is displayed, showing:

Each one of these folders and subfolders must be filled out with respective data to enable the generation of reports required for each inspection stage, and finally the generation of General Report. |
