Documents History
This routine enables you to query all documents history. It eases and speeds up access to all information on document.
Procedures
To query documents history:

Access this option and system displays window Documents History to configure parameters in query. |
2. |
Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
Documents are displayed according to intervals defined in parameters window. Parameters are displayed in folders and these folders are displayed according to caption in the pie chart icon:

/ - Pending Document |
• |
/ - Canceled Document |

Place cursor on document. |
You can use Text Research to place cursor on document according to expression defined in Text Research.
System will place cursor in first occurrence found. To continue research with the same expression click Next Research.

Open Current Document folder to view documents detail. |

Click folder Review Motive to view document review description. |

Click folder People in Charge to view people in charge of document preparation. It is displayed by stages. |
Open sub folders (stages) displayed to view users.

Select Addressee to view document addressees. They are displayed by departments. |
Open sub folders (departments) displayed to view users.
9. |
Click Download to view all downloads accomplished by users involved in document preparation. Downloads are organized by stages. |
