Option Research

In this option, System enables you to view all users research and query them by branch and code or branch and department.

According to user configuration, System places and gathers research result to better organize users data in Documents Control environment by detailing each research.

Procedures

To accomplish research:

1. System displays tables with distribution, activation and disabled options of documents in maintenance window of routine Distribution Maintenance. Select option:

System displays screen with option selected.

2. Then click Research.

System displays screen to configure research and you can select query order:

by User - select code and/or user name;
by Department - select department code and/or department name.
3. Check data and confirm research.
4. System displays query according to configuration.
