Finish Documents
This option saves document and finishes its inclusion by clicking Finish Document 
returning to Documents maintenance screen.
If Parameter MV_QDBXALE is defined with Yes and there is more than one person in charge for current stage, pendings for all of them are generated according to responsibility levels. Parallel/random download is allowed for any person in charge of this stage and their order in responsibility matrix is not followed. Otherwise, order of people in charge defined in responsibility level in Documents Types Register is followed. |
To save documents
Company branches are distant so documents need to be saved in different locals. System must be configured so documents generated by Documents Control environment are allocated in branch and its access and reading are easier.
For this configuration, note netmask of each branch and define it on Table QX (via Configurator environment). Search for Client localization is automatic and enables to locate more than one place independent of being in the same network.
To view documents saved, temporary files responsible for documents reading are allocated in operational System temporary directory so remote connections environments are more flexible.
