Standard Fees Table History

This routine registers the History of Standard Fees Tables, aiming to identify the standard fees tables in previous periods. This information will be used to calculate the allocation of invoicing and collections.

Enables the creation of an auxiliary register where you can add, edit and delete the history of standard fees table.

 

Note

You can only link active Fees Table.

The Start Year-Month cannot be later than the End Year-Month.

If the date is blank, it means that the registration is valid for the current Year-Month.

You cannot register overlapping ranges or future Year-Month.

 

Example:

Histories below are already registered:

Start Year-Month: 2009-01, End Year-Month: 2009-06

Start Year-Month: 2009-07, End Year-Month: -

Procedures

Adding History of Standard Fees Tables:

1. In Stan Fee Table Hist, click Add.
2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
3. Check the data and confirm.
