Absences

Use this file to handle employee absences.
To handle absences by payroll items of employee entitled days found in table SRF - Entitled Days, upon adding or editing such absences, the content of field No. Days is checked because it must be below or equal to the entitled days.
Use the following calculation to obtain the entitled days of the employee:
Entitled Days = (Days Entitled + Days Advanced - Days Paid) - Scheduled Days
Where:
| • | The scheduled days are the absences captured by payroll items of entitled days, though not yet paid, from table SR8 - Absences. |
| • | The days entitled, advanced and paid are from table SRF - Entitled Days. |
If the content of the captured field is higher than the entitled days, the system does not allow the addition or edition of the record to continue.
