Records Elimination - SREP - Ordinance 1510/2009 of August 21, 2009
Records Elimination routine aims to debug the files related, according to criteria defined by the user:
| • | Results (SPB) |
| • | Bonus (SPK) |
| • | Annotations (SPC) |
| • | Accrued Annotations (SPH) |
| • | Meals (SP5) |
| • | Meals Accrued (SPN) |
| • | Records (SP8) |
| • | Records Accrued (SPG) |
| • | Overtime Database (SPI) |
A complete backup of the system is necessary before start using this option. |
Procedures
To eliminate records:
| 1. | In Records Elimination, the system displays the routine description screen. |
| 2. | Click Parameters. |
The screen parameters is displayed.
| 3. | Fill out data according to field help, paying attention to the following: |
| • | Initial Date?/Final Date? |
In these parameters, enter a date interval to view records of the time clock.
| • | Consider Annotation Date? |
Select Yes for records in dates involved in previous parameters not to be considered in records, or, otherwise, select No.

This process requires the application of a higher suite of procedures, thus spending more time to finish the processing. Consider only records previously classified, that is, with the field Order entered. |

The system requires confirming the configuration performed.
