Individual option
This option enables definition of overtime ranges authorized to be applied to a single employee.
Example:
Considering that Employee 0000001 has the following hours in standard table: 8 am 12 pm 1 pm 5 pm, and the company wants to authorize overtime only after 6 pm for a certain day.
In this case, through the file of overtime ranges, the user can indicate the range that hours are indicated as authorized.

Initial hour |
Final hour |
0000001 |
01/05/04 |
01/05/04 |
7:00 pm |
8:00 pm |
In the example above, the system annotates employee overtime, but only the time range between 7 pm and 8 pm is authorized.
Procedures
In order to include an individual range of authorized overtime:
| 1. | In the range of overtime authorized, select the desired employee and click Add. |
The Add screen is displayed.
| • | In Calendar area, employee days and hours are presented, according to the Standard Schedule Table. |
| • | In the right area, the time range to be defined is authorized. |
| 2. | Observe the following fields: |
| • | Ref. Date |
This field is used for identifying range group of the day to be annotated.
| • | Date |
This date identifies the day of first range hour. Only dates and hours within initial and final limits of each day to be annotated will be allowed. These limits can be checked in Calendar area, through the fields Limit Date and Limit Hour.
Example:
Considering that the employee has the following schedule predefined in Standard Schedule Table:
| • | 01/22/03 – hours: 12:00 am 3:00 am 3:30 am 5:00 am. |
To authorize up to two (2) overtimes prior to the first Entry, the following schedule must be informed:
| • | Ref. Date: 01/22/03 Date: 01/21/03 Initial Hour: 10:00 pm Final Hour: 11:59 pm. |
Observe that dates are different because we are considering that the employee can perform records on 01/21/03 (previous to first entry of table (01/22/03)) that belong to 01/22/03, according to limits indicated in the Standard Schedule Table.
| • | Initial hour / Final hour |
In these fields, define initial and final hours that compose the overtime authorization.
| 3. | Check data and confirm them. |
