Exceptions by Employee

The routine Exceptions by Employee may be used to apply daily changes, optionally in sequence, referring to an employee that differs from the established in Standard Schedule Table.

The system allows daily registration of exceptions within the current month, i.e., the month used as Base Date is the same one to be displayed in this register.

The exception type may be: worked, not worked, DSR or compensated. The system also enables you to enter the type of day, table of regular and night overtimes, calculation of the ninth hour, entry and exit hours (from the 1st to 4th entry and exit hour), type of meal and rule to regulate the annotation.

Tip:

Some fields of the routine Work Shift influence calculation of hours worked and intervals, being necessary to recalculate it through the option Calculate Hours.

Procedures

In order to register exceptions by employee:

1. In Exceptions by Employee, select the desired employee and click Update.

The update screen is displayed subdivided into folders.

2. Fill out data of all folders according to field help instructions.
3. In Related Features, click Generate Hours to select the Schedule Table for the desired week, replicating schedules in the Schedules folder, thereby facilitating data entry.
4. Check and confirm the data.
