Variable Pay on Work-Related Accident, Disease and Maternity Leave

For leave types Work-Related Accident, Disease and Maternity, variable pay must be taken into account, besides daily salary. For Work-Related Accident Leave, variable pay uses the previous 12 months as basis. For Disease and Maternity leave, it uses the previous 6 months.

To comply with this definition, you must configure the specific mnemonics, and enter the employee's number of days on leave in this routine.
