Leave

This registry allows you to perform the maintenance of employees' leave. In this operation, if the leave's month/year is the same as that of processing, the program updates the Employee Register.
This routine can control leave periods of less than 15 days, either on sickness grounds or because of work-related accidents. The system automatically numbers the sequence of leave days, including those previously registered.
Those due to disease or work-related accidents must be registered in the Cont. Seq. field using codes P and O respectively, regardless of the leave period length.
When a new leave period corresponds to the continuation of a previous one already registered, you must enter Yes in the Cont. Seq. field (Continuation of Previous Leave) and the sequence corresponding to the leave being continued in the Cont. Seq. field (Continue Sequence).
Maternity leave is guaranteed to female employees by Statute 10,421, which grants them the right to maternity-salary as defined by the referred statute.
The register whose Cont. Seq. field is filled out will be considered as an extension of the referred leave period. |
Payroll Calculation and SEFIP* Generation routines calculate the number of days the employee was on leave following these criteria.
