Performed Hours

This routine aims to generate a chart according to hours calculated in records annotation, according to parameters adopted.

Hours can be showed by branch, cost center or employee enrollment, and the authorized and non-authorized ones can be viewed. The chart presents hours total and percentage: regular, D.S.R, night hours, overtime, delays and anticipated exits.

Procedures

To generate chart of hours performed:

1. In Performed Hours system displays a screen with the routine description.
2. Click Parameters.

The routine parameters screen is displayed.

3. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
4. Check the parameters and confirm them.

The system returns to the routine description screen.

5. Confirm it again.

The system displays a screen showing hours in the bars chart.

6. To view other charts, select options:

- Row Chart

- Bars Chart

- Area Chart

- Pizza Chart

- Bidimensional Chart

- Tridimensional Chart

7. To finish charts presentation, click Exit.
