Bonus Hours

In Monthly Calculation, for each event annotated, this is verified if it was paid. With the bonus, observe whether its hours also pay hours indicated.

In this case, if the reason is associated to an event configured to be entered in bank hours (as defined in the field \"Accumulated B. Hours\" equal to \"Yes\"), the annotated hours of the first event will be deducted the hours paid.

The difference between hours paid and indicated, if existing, can be posted in payroll and/or overtime database, according to configuration of the indicated event.

Therefore, configure MV_DEDABBH which, when configured for deducing hours paid, performs the default procedure previously specified. Otherwise, hours paid are not deduced.

Important:

Besides, Electronic Attendance Control allows an indicated event to be paid for a reason or justification that, many times, relates to another annotation event and, depending on its configuration, sends hours for Payroll or overtime database. To better understand this process, see topic Hours Paid by Reason/Justification.

Check the following situation:

1. Supposing the parameter MV_DEDABBH is not configured to deduce hours paid (content is Y (yes)), and the indicated event shows the following situation:

Indicated Event

Description

2. After running the Monthly Calculation, the result is the following:

Overtime Database

3. In this case, the operations history is not kept.

Important:

Thus, hours indicated were totally paid so that there are no other ones to be posted.

4. Supposing the parameter MV_DEDABBH is not configured to deduce hours paid (content is N (no)), and the indicated event shows the following situation:

Indicated Event

Description

Hours

Accrues in Overtime Database

100

5. After running the Monthly Calculation, the result is the following:

6. In this case, the history is kept.

Important:

This parameter is effective only for events of bonus reasons configured to be posted in overtime database. If the event is configured for payroll (field \"Accumulated B. Hours\" equal to \"No\"), the hours annotated will not have any deduction in number.
