AFDT Generation - Processed Data Source File
This routine issues a magnetic file (.txt) in the layout established in the Decree 1,510/2009 for the auditor's inspection. This file brings all processes made in the employees' clocking, being selected through the routine parameters. Thus, you can identify if there are a lot of changes in the employee's clocking records, etc.
The possible types of records are:
| • | Type O - Original. Clocking read by the clocking file, provided by the clock that controls the electronic attendance control, that is, no process was made. |
| • | Type I - Included. Clocking included through the clocking maintenance routines. For example, when an employee forgets to clock in or clock out. |
| • | Type P - Preselected. The preselected interval is defined in the Annotation Rule, and it must be used for companies that have break/meal time preselected. |
The possible types of clocking are:
| • | Type E - Entry. |
| • | Type S - Exit. |
| • | Type D - Discarded. Some clocking can be discarded if there is a double record of entry or exit, or if the clocking was incorrectly registered. In this case, the reason for deletion must be indicated. |
In the magnetic file, the Reason for maintenance is generated if types are I or D.
For this routine, Records Reading/Annotation must be made first.
