Customized charts

This routine enables you to create customized charts from selected file fields, defining information referring to a chart, such as: chart type, referring file, order for tantalization, bill, of x-axis, bill of y-axis and the field to obtain data. Besides, define Event Code or Items to compose a certain series.

Charts can be analyzed, adjusted, reproduced, printed and sent by e-mail.

Another available feature is the definition of event codes or items to compose a certain series.

Example:

Through the chart, night and day overtimes can be compared, stored in annotation file (SPC), specifying two groups of hours for each one of the desired types. For each group, enter overtime events to be analyzed.

Procedures

In order to generate a customized chart:

1. In Customized Items, select Add.

The Add screen is displayed.

2. In Header area, define data to compose the chart.
3. See the topic Main fields/controlsof this folder.
In the area Data Group, define events groups to be viewed in the chart must be defined, such as absences, delays, hours non-performed, etc.
In the area Group Data, select events to compose the group.
4. This selection must be made through the option Add Data, enabling you to check events until they are identified with an X.
5. Enter data and confirm them.
6. Then, place the cursor on the chart created and select Chart.

The routine description screen is displayed.

7. Click Parameters.

The screen Parameters is displayed.

8. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
9. Observe the following parameters:
Type of Period

If Annotated is selected, the annotation period is considered when building the chart.

If Consecutive is selected, the days of the month are considered according to the period indicated in parameters Initial/Final Period.

Consider Annotation?

If Yes is selected, annotation entries that passed through user change are considered, and not values generated by the system through annotation routine.

10. Enter parameters and confirm them.

The system returns to the routine description screen.

11. Confirm it again.

The chart is displayed, according to information defined in chart file and routine parameters.

12. Check data and confirm them.
13. After chart display, there are several options available for printing, playing and adjusting its presentation format, sending by e-mail, saving in .BMP format, among others.
14. Data Table option shows information used for generating the chart, displaying the period selected, group and amounts.
15. Check data and click Exit to finish.
