Standard Maintenance
In Asset Maintenance, options Updates \ Repair Shop Control \ Maintenance \ Standard Maintenance, , you can access the routine. It enables the standard maintenance registration. This registration aims at simplifying the implementation of maintenance that have the same features by enabling the user not to perform repetitive tasks.
A standard maintenance is identified by joining an asset to a service. A standard maintenance only applies to family assets identified in the standard maintenance. The characteristics of the follow-up to be carried out for the maintenance performance, the necessary interruptions and the inputs required to perform the service are indicated in this program.
In order to simplify the standard maintenance implementation, you can use the copy button.
This routine displays 5 folders:
Standard Maintenance Folder = the family asset and service (mandatory fields) must be indicated. How the maintenance controls is performed, for instance, elapsed time, counter, time or counter, what happens before or production can be indicated. Production is related to the control by production wastage. The user can also indicate if the maintenance needs the asset to be interrupted to be performed as well as if this interruption will be made before or after performing the maintenance.
Tasks Folder = The tasks related to the maintenance performance are indicated. The code of 0 (zero) task aims at indicating the consumption of the maintenance generic inputs. For each task it will be possible to allocate different types of inputs such as specialties, specific employees, stock item, tools and third parties.
Dependence Folder = The tasks, dependences and overlap percentage are indicated. The field Overlap indicates that you can only go to the next task after finishing the indicated percentage.
Inputs Folder = The task, input time and code, description, amount and other data related to the chosen input are indicated.. The field Resource Amount is targeted only to inputs of specialty and tool types - when the user can enter the amount of employees or tools required to perform the task. The field Target is related only to inputs of stock item type.
Stage Folder = The stages of each task is indicated.
Example: Task - 01 - Painting
Stage 01 - Grind the floor.
Stage 02 - Puttying.
Stage 03 - Primer.
In this routine, the parameter MV_NGMNTFR must be enabled. |
Procedures
Adding Standard Maintenance:

The system displays the add list, subdivided into folders:

7. | Check data and confirm the inclusion. |
