Filling per Driver
The report lists the daily filling operations by driver and vehicle within the period.
This routine provides the following information on the fleet filled: vehicle, branch, model and standard average (Km/L). Additionally, it lists the mileage at the time of filling, miles travelled from the last counter informed, number of liters filled, average consumption, fuel unit value, total value, filling date and calculation of mile travelled after the first filling, identified by an asterisk and caption displayed after the grand total when printing the report.
Procedures
To view filling by driver:
| 1. | Select Filling by Driver. |
The System displays the parameter configuration screen.
| 2. | Configure them according to the field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check configuration and confirm printing of report. |
