Vehicles Cost / Consumption
You can filter this report by branch, family, model, fleet, period and type of report; the type of report can be Detailed/Family, Detailed/Model, Summarized/Family or Summarized/Model:
| • | Detailed/Family = it provides a broad view of the report, separating by branch and family, displaying the fields fleet, family, family code, family description, asset model, average ml/l, total of liters consumed, total cost, mile total and cost per mile, totaling by branch. |
| • | Detailed/Model = it provides a broad view of the report, separating by branch and model, displaying the fields fleet, family, family code, family description, asset model, average ml/l, total of liters consumed, total cost, mile total and cost per mile, totaling by branch. |
| • | Summarized/Family = it provides a broad view of the report, separating by branch and family, displaying the fields family, family code, family description, number of fleets, average ml/l, total of liters consumed, total cost, mile total and cost per mile, totaling by branch. |
| • | Summarized/Model = it provides a broad view of the report, separating by branch and model, displaying the fields family, family code, family description, number of fleets, average ml/l, total of liters consumed, total cost, mile total and cost per mile, totaling by branch. |
Calculation information:
| • | Average ml/l = Total of miles travelled by the fleet / Total of liters filled within the period. |
| • | Average Cost/l = Total filling value / Total of liters filled within the period. |
| • | Total Consumption l = Total of liters filled within the period. |
| • | Total Cost = Fillings total value within the period. |
| • | Total miles = Total of miles travelled by the fleet within the period. |
| • | Cost/mile = Total Cost / Total miles. |
This report provides a broad view of the fleet expenses and consumption, allowing to assess different item, such as consumption and measuring the disbursement volume.
Procedures
To print the report of Fillings with Costs and Consumption:
1. Select Cost / Consumption Veh.
The System displays the parameter configuration screen.
2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.
3. Check configuration and confirm printing.
