Standard Assets

This routine enables the standard assets registration. The standard asset is used as model for the assets registration. It aims at speeding up the run of the registration activity, a task that takes a long time during implementation. This standard is registered for a family in which the assets have similar data.

During the assets registration, you can choose the implementation and usage of the standard, the System adopts all standard information - so you can only change information that does not apply to this asset.

Besides the basic and documental features of each standard, you can provide information of usage variation according to each standard specific features and seasonality standard. The specific features aims at providing a better knowledge of the equipment for the staff in charge of the maintenance.

There are 3 folders in this routine:

• Standard Asset Folder - Add = This folder enables the registration of the following peculiarities of a family data. Fields Family and Model Type are mandatory.
• Features Folder = This folder enables the registration of a family features. Example: height, capacity, weight, etc.
• Spare Parts Folder = In this folder, enter spare parts, amount, severity and product warranty applied to maintenance. When you enter, in the Assets routine, the field Family Standard = Yes, you can view and report the spare parts in the SO (corrective and preventive).

 

Important:

In this routine, the parameter MV_NGMNTFR must be enabled.

Procedures

Adding Standard Assets:

1. In the window Standard Assets, select option Add.

The system displays the add list, subdivided into folders.

2. Enter the Standard Assets folder data, Add.
3. Enter the Features folder data.
4. Enter the Spare Parts folder data.
5. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
6. Check data and confirm the inclusion.
