E-mail Group/Employee
In this routine you can relate employee to e-mail group. By performing this relation, employee receives all workflow of management alerts defined in e-mail group employee participates.
Code, group name, enrollment and e-mail of employee are displayed in this routine.
Procedures:
To add e-mail group/employee:
1. On window register of E-mail Group/Employee, select Add.
Add window is displayed.
2. Fill out fields according to field help instruction.
3. Confirm register.
