Lot Distribution

Lot distribution functionality is to facilitate distribution process and allows you to distribute many requests at time. Type of service, person performing processes and priority can be defined and also enter service description.

If during lot distribution of service request there is other request for same asset/location with the same service type, click Distribute and you will receive a warning message and you can continue process by not considering it or cancel it.

Procedures

To distribute service request:

1. Select request to be distributed.

2. Select Distribute.

3. Enter fields and confirm it.
