Number of Occurrences
You can filter this report by year, branch group and branch. It displays the fields: branch, losses with theft, loss with accidents, totaling the losses, loss percentage and accumulated percentage.
This report provides the manager with a broad view of the losses caused by occurrences (accident) in the fleet, allowing to assess different aspects, such as: percentage of loss per operation, accumulated percentage, thus measuring the disbursement volume and occurrence repeatability per operation.
Calculation information:
| • | Loss Accidents = It totals all occurrences in the year reported in the parameter which field in routine Occurrence Additional Information is Occ. Event = Accident. The information in this field is the sum of the losses with victims, cargo, third party, animals and tow; it is added to field Damage Value, when the field is different from 0; it also generates automatically a S.O., which the cost is added to the grand total. |

% = (Total of loss of branch inherent / Total of losses focused )*100.
% AC = Percentage of current branch plus the accumulated percentage of the previous branch.
Procedures
To view the Number of Occurrences report:
1. Select Number of Occurrences.
The System displays the parameter configuration screen.
2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.
3. Check configuration and confirm printing.
