Claim Complement
It registers the complementary information related to the claim event that happened with the asset. You can register by using the information received after the event, that is, after the claim register. Events related to the claim complement might be: accident, incident or theft.
When the claim event is because of Car Theft and the asset has not been recovered (Claim Event = Theft, Car Theft? = Yes and Recovered Vehicle = No), the screen to indicate date and inactivation is displayed If the Asset is the father of a structure, the screen to inactivate the children assets, indicating the reason and cause, is displayed.
Procedures
Complementing the claim:

The system displays the query list, subdivided into folders.
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check the data and confirm addition. |
