Risk x Action Plan

In this routine, the user associates to the Risk one or several plans developed to eliminate it or at least minimize the already identified risk. The risk is registered through option Updates/PPRA/Risks and the Action Plan through option Updates/PPRA/Action Plan.

Procedures

Adding a Risk x Action Plan:

1. In the window Risk x Action Plan, select Add.

The Add screen is displayed.

2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm the inclusion.
