Introduction

The Asset Maintenance - Fleet Management module is a complete solution for vehicle fleet maintenance planning and control. The routines of this module not only grant effective control of tire supply and management, but also encompass the management of the maintenance events of each fleet component, by means of Corrective and Preventive Service Orders.

As a result of using the Asset Maintenance - Fleet Management module, you can fully manage the maintenance activities of your fleet, manage related materials, technical team, costing and accounting. It also allows you to manage the risks (casualties and fines) and the vehicle related documents.

Fueling Operations

The Asset Maintenance - Fleet Management module offers specific procedures for fuel supply and consumption, from which MPG fuel consumption or usage time data are obtained. The fuel may be of internal or external origin, via agreements (Repom / CTF,...). In case of internal fueling operations, the pumps and nozzles are controlled. Through this control, the System offers operational and managerial reports of fuel consumption and traveled mileage.

Tires

The identification of each tire used in the fleet and its respective location is done in the Asset Maintenance - Fleet Management module which, by managing the tire grooves and following up on the durability of each unit, grants full control of this important cost component.

Through the process of technical analysis, the tire can be sent to storage, to be used in the fleet, be retreaded or discarded. The sending of tires to be retreaded is done in lots and, when they are returned, the System updates the mileage traveled on the previous lifespan and starts a new lifespan. Information such as tread and design are then updated.

The Tire Inspection function allows the company to program a preventive S.O., so tires installed on vehicles may be inspected. The physical examination of the tires is compared with the data registered in the system and all inconsistencies are investigated. For tire rotation and movement registration purposes, the system displays the Diagram of Wheels, according to vehicle model, for an easy viewing of tires on their respective locations and making possible a safe and practical handling of tires.

Risk Management

This process controls casualties, thefts and fines pertaining to the fleet. With it you can view how the process evolves and run cause/effect diagnostics. The management of casualties encompasses the registration of the event, the qualification, the case file, the administrative inquiry, the affected cargo, the victims, the witnesses, the third party vehicles, the third party real estate, the Service Order for vehicle recovery and the legal and extrajudicial litigation.

It also allows a chronological record of the actions taken for each ticket received, such as: Record of fine occurrence, payment, issue of disciplinary warning, identification of driver by relevant body, legal appeal and indemnification.

Document Management

With it you can control the vehicle document renewal cycle, ensuring the transit of the fleet on domestic roads. You can also control payments for services provided by suppliers (forwarding agents, notaries, etc.) and control vehicles pawned and leased.
