Employees
You can register the employees that are used in the company maintenance service. You must enter one employee specialty at least . In case of maintenance plan performance, the employees are selected according to shift and specialty required by the maintenance task.
If the parameter MV_NGMNTRH is S, the payroll employee register data and the maintenance employee table are automatically updated. The Shift field must be manually filled out.
Procedures
Adding an employee:
1. | On Employee, select Add. |
The system displays the addition screen.
2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
3. | Check the data and confirm addition. |
If the parameter MV_NGSALHO is N, the fields Name, Center Cost and Salary cannot be edited. |
