Symptoms
In Asset Maintenance and Fleet Management, options Updates > Repair Shop Control > Reception Control > Symptoms, you can view the routine.
The routine register the symptoms for S.O. They will be related to service orders possibly registered.
Examples of symptoms:

| • | Internal noise |
| • | Shattered glass |
| • | Vehicle scratched |
| • | Problem with exhaust system |
| • | Vehicle axle uneven |
Procedures
To add Symptoms:
| 1. | Click Add. |
| 2. | The Add screen is displayed. |
| 3. | Fill out fields according to field help instructions. |
