History Service Order

Upon implementing a History SO, the System does not block or engage anything. After you confirm the addition, an SO is generated for maintenance plan 000001, with the HISTOR service, Approved status and unfinished.

To apply the inputs, you may use the return by means of the routines arranged in the Return S.O. menu subitem, such as OS Return, Mod.2 Return, Simplified.

Warning Workflow in Service Order Approval

This feature purports to warn the person in charge about a Service Order Approval. The workflow is sent to those in charge via the Repair Shop process (TSK_PROCES = 1 or 6) as defined in the Branch routine.

 

Important:

You must add the MNTW215.HTM file to the folder as indicated in the MV_WFDIR parameter.

Procedures

To add History Service Order:

1. In window SO History, select asset and then Add.

System displays add screen.

2. Fill out fields according to field help instruction.
3. Check data and confirm adding.
