Fuel Performance Indicators
This report displays the vehicles filled within the period entered in the parameter and retrieves information such as: vehicle code, model, manufacturing year, mileage, liters filled, effective average, expected average and performance percentage. This report lists the vehicles which cost center is bind to an operation. The process to bind a cost center to an operation is located in the routine Cost Center. In the parameter, you can filter the report by date, by branch and operation. When viewing the information, four option are available:
1. View = By selecting the filling operation and clicking View, it displays the filling operation details.
2. Parameters = By clicking Parameters, new parameter can be entered for search.
3. Print = By clicking Print, a print screen is displayed where you can enter new parameters to view the report, where:
• | Detail = By selecting the option Detail, the report is displayed with all information available in the view. |
• | Summary = By selection the option Summary, it displays the report with the following information: branch(es), totals, standard average, effective average, deviation percentage and classification. The deviation percentage is obtained by dividing the effective average by the standard average multiplied by 100. The classification is the analysis of the deviation percentage result; it is classified as green or red. Green indicates the deviation percentage within the acceptable percentage (up to 15% above or below) of the average entered in routine Assets, in the field km/l; red classification is displayed when not green. |
Example:
When you enter km/l 10, acceptable deviation percentage 15% above or below, green classification accepts 11.5-8.5, that is, 15% above or below the km/l entered, otherwise red classification.
4. Summary = By selecting the option Summary, it displays the report with the following information: operation, branch, vehicle, model, vehicle year, miles travelled, liters filled, value filled, effective average, expected average, operation totals per branch; it totals miles travelled, liters filled, filling values and calculation of the effective general average.
In the report, you can also filter by Cost Center, Work Center and by Fleet. |
Procedures
To print the report Fuel Consumption Indicators:
1. | Access the report window Fuel Performance Indicator. |
The System displays a window with the report parameters.
2. | Configure them according to the field help instructions. |
3. | Check configuration and confirm printing. |
