Checklist Satisfaction
This report lists the classification of service performed from Service Requests, generated by Checklist.
It displays the total of services within the period and the meeting of requirement, classified as: Great, Good, Fair and Poor.
Procedures
To issue the Checklist Satisfaction report:
| 1. | Select Checklist Satisfaction. |
| 2. | The System displays the parameter configuration screen. |
| 3. | Then click each folder displayed in the report generation window to configure printing. |
| 4. | In these folders, you can select printing type (in disk, through spool, etc.), define fields in register to be displayed in report, create filters for generation, etc. |
| 5. | Check configuration and confirm printing. |
