Plan Costs

Use this routine to display in detail all costs per maintenance plan and to analyze the estimated and accomplished costs in service orders. The costs can be selected per information type, or through report parameters.

 

Notes:

 

The Consider SO parameter has the following Service Order listing options:

• Approved: Approved and unfinished.
• Pending: Pending and unfinished.
• Open: Pending/Approved and unfinished.
• Finalized: Pending/approved e unfinished, including the finalized orders.

The above Service Orders are displayed according to the selection of the other process parameters.

 

Upon answering the From/To Location question, the plans filtered by location are displayed. This process makes it easier to analyze the service orders by location for customers using the Logical Tree routine.

 

Procedures

To print Cost of Plan:

1. In Cost of Plan, click Parameters.
2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.
3. Check the configuration and confirm printing of report.
