Maintenance

This report displays expenses with maintenances. Expenses of Main assets of structure are displayed along with maintenances of Child assets when parameter Consider Structure is enabled.

Costs are separated according to costs of labor force, third parties and products.

You can select type of information to display through report parameters.

Parameter Consider SO contains options:

•	Released: Lists all Service Orders in released status and not concluded according to selection of other parameters.

•	Pending: Lists all Service Orders in pending status and not concluded according to selection of other parameters.

•	Open: Lists all Service Orders in pending/released status and not concluded according to selection of other parameters.

•	Concluded: Lists all Service Orders in pending/released status and not concluded including those finished according to selection of other parameters.

Procedures

To print maintenance cost:

1.	On window of report Maintenance Cost, click Parameters.

System displays window with parameters related to report.

2.	Configure them according to field help instruction.

3.	Check configuration and confirm report printing.
