Alert Open Request for Service
This routine purpose is to send e-mails to person performing service about open service request. This person only receives alert if there are distributed and not concluded requests.
Procedures
To send alert open request for service:
| 1. | In Service Request, select List Performed/Work. |
| 2. | Workflow is automatically sent to e-mail of person performing request when you select this option. |
| 3. | You must register routines to correctly send alert. You can check these routines in See also. |
